It's Finally Here!

Yes! That's right! What was that? What did I say? I said, "IT'S FINALLY HERE!". What's here?
Flashback - Remember I told you, one post ago, that I was going to write an online novel - a 'blog novel'. Well, I finally did! (glory to God!). I started blogging on it yesterday.

The site is named Black Christmas (http://blackchristmasfiction.blogspot.com). I intend to post updates on the story every week. I also realised that it might not be such a good idea to create facebook profiles for the characters, since the story isn't written in real time (afterall, christmas is still months away!). I'd really love to hear from you. Please, let me know what you think about the site. I'm always open to new suggestions!

Back Again

Yipee! I'm writing another post today!

I'd like to introduce you to the first blog fiction I'm going to write. Well, it's not really like blog fiction in that sense, it's more like a blog novel. If you love reading novels or watching soaps, then you should like this. I'm still trying to find a suitable title for it, and when I do, I'll let you know.


Now, this is going to be just like a TV soap, the only difference being that you READ it, not watch people act it out. I'll be writing posts regularly - like every week or something like that. I'll also let you do something most soap operas don't let you do - I'll let you interact with the characters. They will have their own facebook pages, e-mail addresses and maybe even twitter accounts. You can ask them questions and even suggest what they should do in future! I'm also open to suggestions, and you can contact me on facebook or my e-mail address.


I wish I could start today, but this cyber cafe's systems are slothfully slow, and I have to start heading back home. I do hope to start tomorrow, though. So, I guess I'll see you then.

First Post

Hello!

Normally, I should introduce myself in the first post I write - I guess - but I don't think I want to do that just yet. I mean, what's the point in telling you

"Hi, my name is Victor Iringere, but you can just call me Victor. I'm a 17-going-on-18-year old Nigerian male and a Foundation (Diploma) student of Mechanical Engineering in the University of Lagos. I live with my mum... blah, blah, blah!"

Now, if I did that, I would just bore the living daylight out of you! So, like the nice guy that I am, I'll just get on with it.

This blog is about ME, and the stuff I do (yeah, right, I said it! It's my blog and it's all about me!). I'll create other blogs, dedicated to fiction, soon enough. I really don't know what a first post should contain, and that's pretty much why I'm blabbing! So, I guess I should just go. See you soon - I hope.
